Ok i think this may help make the clan a bit more active. EVERYONE try and recruit people that would like to join arc and that would be acive, i do not care if they're noobs or if they are gods at this game. If you can recruit them awesome. Also for every person you recruit you shall earn points, and when the clan gets more active(if this works) we will be holding a grand arc tourney. Reply and let me know what you think of this.

Ya but we really need more tester ok we recruit some ppl but there only 4 tester ...

Less testers, cause if you think about all the active staff on arc right now it's just me and coolchemist mostly. And we dont need more testers we need more members.

I agree with ulqui. Even though he and I might be busy, the number of testers we have is enough, especially that worse comes to worst other admins can help with the testing.

Haven't done a tourney in a while i'm really excited to have one.

With due respect, I think if you're serious about expanding the clan and making it more active you need to bear in mind that new members are going to find it an immediate turn off to discover the lack of professionalism evident in the forum - even in this very thread.

Announcement threads with as many exclamation marks as this one, or Admins who do not feel the need to use proper grammar and punctuation or even semi-sophisticated language certainly do not project the image that this clan is altogether a serious one - or that it is being run by a competent staff (with the exception, perhaps, of coolchemist).

I dont reallly think people will be put of by bad grammer. If i were just to come to this clan and join now, I would not leave just because an admin or soemthing or anyone donesn't use poroper grammer. The tournament would be a great idea and i also agree with CoolChemist and Ulq. We have enough testers. If we increase this teams capacity by lets say 10 active members, theyr'e not gonna be tested all at once. it will be in a steady flow.

Ok if you have a problem with how i do things, well i may not usr the best of grammar; I am the only admin you even see on trying to even get this place active. And i am not a leader, so if you have problems with how i do things PM me what i should change. Otherwise shut up. And as for the inactivity, not my fault that even the staff can't be active, which is pretty bad. If we can just get the members that join to be active then this would be running smoothly. So anythig helpful post it and i'll take a look.

P.S. do not talk about how i post things.
