i just want heavy storm back and demise king of armageddon at 3 again. But six sams and saber need to get hit hard.

Well i think the new ban list suck personaly heavy storm need to be ban again ..... that card is rly kinda gay break the game cuz u dint put all ur spell n trap on the field in case of it ...... -_-

Before I jump in and put my opinion, i want to ask you: where did you get this list from? Can you post the link?
Even Wikia does not have the official list yet.

This list gives my deck a buff so i'm really happy. nothing negative in it for me.
Mezuki on 2 thats kinda kinda cool for the zombie lovers out there they deserve mezuki on 2 wasn't right to nerf zombies so much becouse of the limit on him...

Heavy limited no mas face downs anymore a buff to otk decks i don't mind it to much as konami is introducing more and more defensive cards in the new series.

Faultrol/JD on 1, contreversial... New archtypes about to come out ppl have to spend money on a new archtype deck. Although i agree whit faultrol on 1 but its not going to make a diffrence karakuris are comming not 4getting that new fire archtype can't think of the name atm, new normal monster archtype (gemstones) and the ritual thing. A whole archtype focussed around a broken ritual monster to replace the X sabers.

Exactly. This isn't an official banlist, but it is an interesting outlook on what people thin will and won't be banned.

Idk why mass driver is but whatever, and what about substitoad?

Hi there. Mass Driver can make Six Sam FTK and the Six Sam is the new top deck so can't banned it, need the money for the Konami

I agreed the limited list except dandy i think put debris 1 only cuz dandy can working with some decks...

Semi limited: it's ok i think Reaper can defense against Six Sams and etc,

Unlimited it's interesting Demise and Morph back again, trooper and sorce back again, and Skill Drain to.

I want X-saber failtroll :S

Although not official in North America yet, looks like many forums agree this is the list based on Japanese translation (they get the list one week earlier than us in Japan).

PS: Ulq, , Substitoad will never come back again.

Now that the list is almost 100%, here's my input on it. In general, and same with the previous one, I don't understand it. I don't see why some cards are getting reduced or some others are getting allowed more. If you actually go through my lengthy analysis, you'll find many comments of me not seeing why a card was getting changed. If you don't, can you spend the time explaining the Royal Tribute part of it please.




Banned:
Goyo Guardian (really? This leaves Brionac as the only staple lv 6 synchro monsters. Goyo wasn't that annoying and I think banning him is bad, unless konami is about to release something that would allow a Goyo abuse. Otherwise, he's coming back soon).

Cold Wave (Many saw that coming, but also saw Heavy storm come back as a replacement, which didn't happen. Can someone tell me who's going to take care of my opponent's backrow now?)

Mass Driver (This one, meh. It's only used in specialty deck anyways; so i guess those specialty decks will stop being used XD. I'm neutral to supportive to this one).

Limited:
Honest (I don't know what to think of this. Honest was one of the few things making light monsters 1st class. I'm welcoming less surprises when i attack my opponent's lights, but is that really for the good of the game??)

Dandylion (as i'm not a fan of dandywarrior anymore, i'm like: meh. However, with the new Tuner/synchro mosnter coming (forgot the name), Dandy had it coming to limit synchro abuse. I won't be surprised if dandy even gets banned at some point in the future).

Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow (this one is a horrible limit. Blackwings are not attire 1 deck anymore anyways, so why hit them even harder? I think it's officially time to convert my blackwing deck into a vayu turbo with some lightsworns).

Book of Moon (whaaat? why? I guess that takes care of many royal decree decks that used book of moon as their backrow. It wasn't that annoying a card, and everyone liked it at 2/3 with no complaints. So i don't know why limit it?)

Gateway of the Six (This is a limitation that I'M HAPPY FOR AND I SAW COMING. The Six sams are getting more support, and as they're already broken, there needed to be some slowing them down).

Semi limited:
Card Trooper (Doesn't mean much to me, i didn't fully understand why it was limited in the first place; i guess it kinda balances dandy limited. Also, mill decks will be happy).

Archlord Kristya (I'm happy for this one only because i hate kristya. But why it happened? i'm not sure. Rumor has it that the faulks in Japan had some fairy deck domination that required slowing them down [also explains honest at 1]).

Spirit Reaper (Do you see the party in necro land? My zombies will be a notch stronger with a second reaper sitting there and stalling. I don't know why they did it, i think it's bad. But hey, my zombies are happy).

Debris Dragon (same comment as dandy, as they go together. I see debris dragon coming back to unlimited if they ban Dandylion).

Royal Tribute (This semi I SEE AS TOTALLY USELESS TO ME. It doesn't make any difference in gravekeeper's decks. I'd be happy if someone would expalin this one. I played gravekeeper's since even before Descendant was invented, and even then i never used more than 2 x Royal Tribute. Even in my current deck, I use Royal Tribute at 1 or 2, never at 3. If i'm missing something, please tell me so i'll abuse the card for the remaining days of the old format XD)

Overload Fusion (cyber dragon decks getting support. I welcome this move, as maybe it will lift those cybers up the ranks a little bit as their decks are a bit dead and easy to counter right now).

Megamorph (hate this move. I hated Megamorph even as it was limited. OTK decks are coming back; however, i guess the balance to that would be that backrows are more alive now with cold wave banned.)

Solemn Warning (I welcome this move, though it seems kinda useless. I know many use it at 3, but i never used Warning at more than 2 copies anyways. I don't see this making much of a difference).

Icarus Attack (again, to totally kill the blackwings and install their tombstone on their grave. Again, Why blackwings? I loved Icarus at 3, and making it at 2 along with the Kalut limit will totally kill my traditional blackwing deck).

Unlimited:

Chaos Sorcerer (Most people run it at one anyways, or two max, so i totally welcome this move. Chaos sorcerer is probably my most beloved monster in the game. The Fabled/world, , lightsworn zombie, and Vayu Turbo decks are going to love chaos at 3. As i said before, with card trooper, spirit reaper being semi, and chaos Sorcerer unlimited, TWILGHT DECKKS ARE FULLY BACK.

Demise, King of Armageddon (CHEER UP ULQUIORRA. OUR DEMISE OTK IS BAAACK. Although i totally welcome this move for personal greed, i think it's actually bad for the game along with the megamorph semi-limiting).

Snipe Hunter (people run him at 1 anyways, no one really cares about him anymore so it's good to unlimit him).

Dewloren, Tiger King of the Ice Barrier (Sane will like this. I never fully understood why he was semi anyways. I don't see anyone running him at 3 except for specialty decks).

Gold Sarcophagus (many are saying this is good and useless at same time because no one will run it at 3 anyways. Oh yeah? Watch me. I think my dragons are going to love this, maybe even my hardly beaten Blackwings. Now, I'm guaranteed that in many duels, i'll get my DAD/Future Fusion dragon combo going. Though for the record, this i see the only time where I personally would run it at 3).

Skill Drain (Bad for game, good for my hero-stun deck. I'm not a fan of skill drain as it kills many decks out there, not only my deck. This is a reason why my hero-stun looks different than many others).

Ultimate Offering (HORRIBLE FOR THE GAME. Look up for more Gadget OTK's coming up. I hate offering, and i don't know why they unlimited it. I guess Gadgets haven't won anything big, but they're still annoying).

I agree with you on just about everything cool. But i see why some got hit and some are coming back. But for others i think konami is making a mistake and don't realise it yet.
