Not only are they changing Yu-Gi-Oh! as a whole trading card game, but they're making it even worse all for the little toddlers. Honestly, Yu-Gi-Oh! was never meant for kids to start with; it was aimed at teenagers and teenagers alone.
Seems like Kazuki's getting greedy.
On the bright side, Synchros won't be badly hurt for now, but I fear that people may forget them the same way most of us have forgotten about Fusion monsters.
Pray this all turns out for the best despite all we've been seeing as of lately. (Kidding. Rage away!)

The idea of a new monster type doesn't bother me.
What bothers me is how easy it is to summon those monsters. Imagine my Hero stun deck (loaded with lv 4 monsters) pulling off exceed lv 4 summons like there's no tomorrow. It'll totally destroy the game.
Maybe it'd be better if we save our current (pre-march 2011) game rules somewhere so that we will be able to go back to it when we realize that YuGiOh turned into a real kids cards game.
