| I did some research and found that Vayu's special summon of a blackwing cannot be negated by thunder king Rai-oh.... Why?
Also, i understand that royal oppression can negate vayu, but that vayu can just activate again because removing itself is part of the effect, does the same apply for treeborn frog (or totem dragon) (as oppression negates frog, it's still standby and frog can summon again?)

| 1st part-Thunder King Rai-Oh cannot negate Monster effects. Vayu Synchro Summons when its effect resolves, so it is similar to this ruling: The effects of "Thunder King Rai-Oh", "Black Horn of Heaven", "Solemn Judgment", and similar cards cannot negate a Special Summon which occurs during the resolution of an effect which activates.[3] http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Ruling…[hope that answered right] 2nd part-I really barely understand the question | |

| LOL, 2nd part is:
Say oppression negates the summon of treeborn frog in Standby. The way i see it, frog was stopped in Standby hence it can come again and there's no point for oppression to try stopping it. If so, should be the same for Totem dragon (?) Also, should be the same for Vayu, as it removes itself from play as part of the effect, hence it can just use its effect again and there's no point for oppression to try negating it (?)
Are these statements accurate??

| Yes, when Royal Oppression negates frog frog can come back once more and keep going but that's just how it is lol Totem Dragon is the same thing you can keep doing it as long as your opponent stupidly keeps activating oppression cause there negated so its as if they never left the graveyard. And for Vayu again same thing. [hope this helped] | |
